Women in Art: Building Tomorrow's Legacy
Welcome to the Musée Artistes Femmes (MAF), an innovative and essential project.
Open since March 2026, MAF is Switzerland's first independent museum entirely dedicated to emerging women artists, offering them a unique platform for recognition and visibility. MAF is driven by a strong commitment to promote a more equitable and representative art scene, shining a spotlight on today's and tomorrow's female talent.
Our Mission in Brief
MAF addresses a structural gap in visibility for contemporary and emerging women artists, offering a unique platform and free access to creative work. More than a museum, MAF is a talent incubator, a place where artistic careers take flight and where art history is being written in the present.
